What is Blockchain?
Blockchain is a data structure that allows you to store data in a tamper proof way. Users of the blockchain cannot modify the data on the blockchain but can add to it. It was first popularized with the advent of Bitcoin.
What is Cyrptocurrency?
Cryptocurrencies are decentralized digital currencies that are built using blockhain technology. Transactions are stored on the blockchain. Bitcoin was the first cryptocurrency with new ones released everyday.
Stellar and Lumens
Stellar is an open-source blockchain based platform for payments. Stellar Lumens is the native cryptocurrency used on the Stellar platform. XLM is the shorthand code for Stellar Lumens.
